Option 1: If you used the previous shop, your account already exists. Click “I forgot my password” and enter the email you previously used. After resetting your password, your account will be available with your existing information. Please double-check your details before ordering.
Option 2: If you are an existing customer but did not order from the previous shop, please contact online-orders@alumo.ch. We will set up your account with your current conditions (this usually takes 24–48 hours).
Option 3 : If you are a new customer at ALUMO, simply create an account via “Log in” > “Create my account.” You must provide a valid VAT or tax number.
We realize not all countries provide businesses with VAT numbers, but please provide the closest equivalent (e.g. USA:Employer Identification Number – EIN or Federal Tax ID, Australia: ATO, Singapore: IRAS). In absence of any sort of Tax ID please insert your company’s DUNS Number.
