Flanello Junior Dark Blue Twill Solid Plain Structured is a lightweight flannel shirting fabric from ALUMO’s Flanello Junior collection, crafted from 100% fine cotton and enhanced by gentle brushing. Designed with a gauzed surface and a thinner weft yarn, this fabric achieves a lighter weight than traditional flannel, making it perfect not only for winter but also for spring and autumn wear.
Woven in a rich 2/2 twill structure using Ne 80/2 yarns in the warp and finer Ne 50/1 yarns in the weft, it features a thread count of 44 yarns per centimetre in the warp and 40 in the weft. This combination creates a beautifully soft, brushed twill with a structured yet breathable texture. The deep dark blue shade adds timeless elegance, making Flanello Junior Dark Blue Twill ideal for laid-back yet sophisticated shirts suited for cooler seasons.
