Giro Light Lilac Dobby/Structured Solid Plain Structured is a lightweight and breathable shirting fabric from ALUMO’s Giro Light collection, crafted with a delicate basket weave inspired by the historic “giro inglese” technique originally created for British troops. Featuring a finer leno structure compared to the original Giro, this fabric offers a soft jersey-like texture combined with exceptional ventilation.
Woven from Ne 100/2 yarns in both warp and weft, it boasts a thread density of 54 yarns per centimetre in the warp and 28 in the weft. The light and airy fabric maintains opacity while maximizing breathability, making it perfect for stylish summer shirts. The gentle lilac tone adds a refined and contemporary touch, ideal for warm-weather shirting that blends comfort, elegance, and practicality.
