Giro Pink Dobby/Structured Solid Plain Structured
Giro Pink Dobby/Structured Solid Plain Structured is a breathable and lightweight shirting fabric from ALUMO’s Giro collection, woven using the historic “giro inglese” weave. Originally designed for British troops during African military campaigns, this fabric features a distinctive perforated basket weave that ensures optimal ventilation without compromising opacity, making it ideal for warm climates.
Crafted from Ne 80/2-40/2 yarns in the warp and Ne 80/2 yarns in the weft, it boasts a thread density of 32 yarns per centimetre in the warp and 26 in the weft. This rich, open weave provides a structured yet airy texture, more breathable than the Giro Light variant. The soft pink hue adds a fresh, elegant touch to the fabric, making Giro Pink Dobby/Structured a perfect choice for stylish, comfortable summer shirts that balance refinement and functionality.
